gradebook/app/ui/src/bundle/org/sakaiproject/tool/gradebook/bundle/Messages.properties
assignment_details_percent_input=%
is used two times in
sakai_trunk_full/gradebook/app/ui/src/webapp/assignmentDetails.jsp
