It seems the institutions involved are using Sakai in English.

Not sure if the information I'm looking for has to be in the incubation 
documentation or some other documentation elsewhere, Clay.

I'd like to know who will deal with internationalization (i18n) in the 
GB 2 dev team and if help and/or review is wished for.
