[WG: I18N & L10N] SAK-15943 error in Spanish GB locale

Hi Gang,

Could someone look at
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-15943. This is causing all
students with a Spanish locale to see "de" instead of a grade "5/10". As
I presume the format {0}/{1} is appropriate for the Spanish locale we
shoudl just be able to remove the string from the bundle ...
We would like to get this fixed for the next 2.6 tag ...
