Hi Chuck!

Unfortunately, it isn't fixed - curiously, accessing through Sakai portal
the issue is there (See attachment BasicLTI-1.png) but opening tool frame in
a separate tab the issue is not present, as seen on
attachment BasicLTI-2.png (probably because Chrome set UTF-8 by default?).

I have sent the updated bundle on a previous email, but it goes again :)
