Hi Mike,

I've updated the step 4 to read:
    4. Create a 'superuser' login account (userid='superuser' and  
password choice is up to you) and add this user to both  
'Administration Workspace' and the 'I18N Test Site'

I've also updated the link to http://qa1-nl.sakaiproject.org/international/ 
  as Alan mentions in his email.
