[gradebook2-dev] [Building Sakai] gradebook2 loading issue

The suggestion I feel safe making right now given the lack of log output is
that you may want to use the latest tag rather than trunk...  Trunk should
be working fine, but you are better of with a tested tag,
like https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/gradebook2/tags/1.8.0/
