[gradebook2-dev] Category not dropping lowest grades

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but a prof has two categories,
once called Quizzes one called Tests.

The quizzes category has Drop Lowest set to 4

When viewing a student in that course, it lists Scores Dropped 0

Is there some process that has to run to drop those lowest 4 or maybe he
has some configuration option wrong?
