[gradebook2-dev] weird 404 errors after upgrade

Hi Thomas,

Do you know if anyone's tried merging that work back to 1.4? I've been 
looking at trying to prevent this issue at Tufts when we move from 1.4 
to 1.7. I've found four commits in gb2 trunk that reference GRBK-718, 
they merge cleanly to 1.4. Do you know if there are any other commits or 
JIRA's I should look at?
