[gradebook2-dev] Total Points feature

We recently implemented showing total points that students earned feature in our local sakai instance TRACS at Texas State University at San Marcos.  I found similar request in the community and therefore, packed the patch and tested also against trunk version of the gradebook2.  It should also work for lower version of gb2 too.

I have described detail changes of places we made from user's point of view  and attached the patch in JIRA https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/GRBK-538
