[gradebook2-dev] Gradebook2 v1.6.1 UI isssue

Ok, will do. Does v1.5.1 have this issue? 

Also, is the root cause of "Failed Request" logged in https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/GRBK-945 get figured out and fixed? We got complaints about this occasionally and really want it to be fixed.
