[gradebook2-dev] Debugging GB2 in Eclipse

I just do a right click on the gradebook2 project and run as Web
Application.  When it fails to come up, I go and edit the config and
add the proper arguments (see the setup doc for the recommended
values)

Then after that I just use that launch config to debug with.
