[gradebook2-dev] export mime type

Currently gb2 uses the mime-type "application/ms-excel" for both CSV
files and XLS (97) files .. the has the side effect of presenting
users with a description of the file that is inaccurate for the xls
files: in FF, the dialog when downloading and xls file says '... which
is: CSV Document'


There are three mime-types in FF that represent 'Excel Spreadsheets':
"application/vnd.msexcel", " application/x-msexcel", and
"application/x-ole-storage"

Anyone know of a reason this shouldn't be corrected, ie, it's been
show to be trouble?
