[gradebook2-dev] FW: Help!

It sounds like getting the instructor to clear their cache for real this time fixed the problem.

Sorry about that, I never seen that before and I assumed that by the time it got to me someone really had verified that they cleared their cache before doing further troubleshooting.

Looks like the style sheets didn't get loaded. One could check on the
apache side if there were any errors. Also, did the user see any
errors on the browser side ?
