[gradebook2-dev] Developer Mode User names change (GRBK-948)

Just a quick note to let everyone know that in commit r76058, I made a
change so that instead of a somewhat real looking student name, you
will see "Student <number>", and for Last Name, First it will be
"<number>, Student".

If for some reason you need to turn this off, please add
-Dgb2.mockuser.oldnames=true to your eclipse launch arguments and it
will revert to the old names.
