[gradebook2-dev] Failed Request message

Hi
On some of our gradebooks, instructors frequently get a "Failed Request"
message when they attempt to change grades. The reality is that the request
succeeds. If I leave the tool and come back the changes are shown, but the
client is not getting a "success" handshake back from the server - at least
not in time. Nevertheless this is a problem for our users when the system
tells them the change failed.

I read about a similar issue in
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/GRBK-718. Are there some Apache
configurations that I should make?
