[gradebook2-dev] gb2 1.4.1 error in 2.8 (rc4)

There is a way to configure this as described in:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-508

sakai.cookieHttpOnly=false

The default setting is true.  This change also made it into the 2.7.x
branch via kernel update.
