[gradebook2-dev] IMPORTANT: GRBK-721 : BLOCKER issue for v1.3.0

If you are running gradebook2 v1.3.0, you should apply the GRBK-721 patch.
We are currently testing the fix here at UC Davis, and if it passes QA, we
will deploying it to production this weekend.
