[gradebook2-dev] Gradebook 2 configuration option

I *think* the patch I sent should keep the two in sync. even if they
haven't implemented this specific feature we added since the default
display id is email id in GB...and there is a new
ContextualUserDisplayService that can be injected into the
BaseUseDirectoryService bean which should resolve the display id....
failing that, there can be a Ceres implementation of the marker
interface DisplayAdvisorUDP to return the email id for a passed in
user.
