[gradebook2-dev] Refreshing column headers

Here is the code that gets the cells to refresh:

					loadConfig = new MultiGradeLoadConfig();
					loadConfig.setLimit(0);
					loadConfig.setOffset(pageSize);
					((MultiGradeLoadConfig) loadConfig).setSearchString(searchString);
					((MultiGradeLoadConfig) loadConfig).setShowWeighted(showWeightedString);
