[gradebook2-dev] need to restart sakai whenever I make a code change to gradebook2

Developer mode is special GWT process.  I would suggest reading the GWT docs
and maybe going thru the tutorial.  You can find the tutorial at:

http://code.google.com/webtoolkit/doc/latest/tutorial/gettingstarted.html
