[gradebook2-dev] About the bug fixes and new features from GRBK2 1.2.0 to GRBK2 1.3.1

Hi, Thomas,

Do you have a complete  jira issue list of bug fixes and new features 
which have been included in the GRBK2 1.3.1 release since 1.2.0 release 
? I searched it in the confluence website without any luck.  I just 
updated the RU version of gradebook2 to  1.3.1 from 1.2.0. Would like to 
have a list of improvement that I can share with our Instructional 
Designers.
