[gradebook2-dev] GRBK-680 - grades not entered in db not rendered as dropped for being lowest

Will,

We haven't had a chance to review a lot of issues, including GRBK-680,
we are in the process of dealing with a very critical gradebook audit,
which we cannot interrupt. I predict that we won't be able to look at
any issues until January/February. I am sorry about the inconvenience.
