[gradebook2-dev] Scripts/patches to run GB2 in sakai 2.6.x

Does "patch -p0 -l < patchfile" get you any further? Sometime the whitespace
causes problems.I know it's patched fine against gradebook:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/gradebook/tags/sakai-2.6.2 with these
options.  Haven't tried 2.6.x in awhile.
