[Contrib: Evaluation System] Sakai Evaluation Impl Failure

Hello Everybody,

I am trying to install the Evaluation System tool. However I get an error
while trying to execute goal
'org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.11:' test. Well the
whole error is appended to this mail.
Sakai specs are:

Sakai 2.9.2
Hierarchy 1.2.6
entity broker 1.5.2
evaluation 1.4.1

Hope anyone can help me here.
