[Contrib: Evaluation System] One simple thing YOU can do to help make Evaluation System better!

One of the challenges of QA for the Sakai Evaluation System tool is the
fact that lots of folks use the evaluation system in different ways! I've
learned everyone does evaluations a little bit differently.

In order to help target QA effort, I'd like to get a better sense of how
folks have the diverse options under the 'administrate' tab configured.

We encourage everyone who is using evalsys (even if its just in pilot) to
