We have this issue too (evaluations 10-x branch) and don't have a fix yet.

There are also some IE10 issues with editing templates in the 10-x branch.

We've got a old local branch of Evaluations we are trying to get working with Sakai 10 and currently although most stuff works the date picker isn't currently putting the selected value into the form field, has anyone seen this error before or knows of the fix?
