[Contrib: Evaluation System] Template preview question

Aaron is right when he says they are different, but what's confusing is the fact that (as the survey creator) you end up seeing the same thing from either link, i.e. a preview of the survey.
I suspect if the survey creator user were added to the list of respondents, the direct link would switch behaviour.
