[Contrib: Evaluation System] QA review of resolved issues

There are currently 87 resolved as fixed issues awaiting review by QA
(or someone anyway) to ensure they are fixed correctly. Here is the
filter to view them.

Please take a moment to go through and test OR mark these issues as
tested OR close them without testing if they are not the kind of
issues which should be QAed.

I will be going through and closing out tickets next week which have
not been attended to in an effort to make it possible to manage and
find the active tickets.
