[Contrib: Evaluation System] UC Berkeley development work added back to trunk

Hi all,

Just wanted to give you a heads up that trunk is updated with all the development work we've done to this point.  We still have some work to do before we'll want to do a release (I think we talked about late summer at the conference but are behind a bit).  We have a design review scheduled in a couple weeks to get community feedback on our latest designs and will want to incorporate those discussions into our work if need be.  We've done one round of intensive testing on the code but want to do another & include anyone from the community that would like to participate.  Our schedule won't provide for that until mid-October or so.  Stay tuned for more on that.  

Given those precursors (Aaron - am I missing anything?), how does a November release sound?
