[Contrib: Evaluation System] accessiblity issues with the evaluation module?

Hello all,
We're in the process of deploying the online evaluation module and I was wondering if
there has been any issues or workflow changes regarding making sure the online evaluations
are accessible to blind students or other low vision clients who need access to the tool.

For the schools that have been in production for a few years ... any advice, feedback, issues
that have come up?
