How will it be displayed for the other Scale Display options?

Hello,

We added a particular Jira (Evalsys-1145) to the agenda.  This Jira reflects the change in position of the N/A button off the Likert scale. The button was moved above the "Strongly Disagree" radio button.  The reason for moving N/A is that it can mislead the evaluatee since it's in a position with a negative connotation. Our customers do not perceive this change as solving that problem since it's still in a position that could be seen as a negative response.  I would like to discuss two alternatives.  I attached 3 screenshots - the first is the current position and the other 2 reflect the alternatives.
