[Contrib: Evaluation System] Category values in Evaluation System 1.3 x

Hi Nicola,

I'm testing evals and have a question regarding Category values.  Section F. Test Instructor Items lists the following steps:

        • Edit a survey question and click the "Lecturer" radio button in the "Category" area.
        • Save the question.
        • Preview the survey and confirm that the question for the Lecturer is showing up for each of the preview instructors.

The system doesn't list Lecturer as a Category value.  Is this a bug or isn't that option used in production?
