[Contrib: Evaluation System] Updating evaluation qa (qa5-us) to 2.7.2

This is just a notice that I'm going to be updating the evaluation qa server
to the Sakai 2.7.2 tag at around 5PM EDT today (08/16/2011). It will be
unavailable for about a half hour. The version of eval and data will remain
unchanged.
