[Contrib: Evaluation System] Take Eval from My Evaluations.

I'm bit curious about the following and wondering if anyone can give any insight or is it a bug...

I'm running trunk, as of this morning, and using Group Providers.

I create an evaluation.

Once back on the My Evaluation Screen, under Active Evaluations, I click the Permalink

This takes me to Take Evaluation, where I switch to a group and proceed to fill out and submit an evaluation.

INFO: User (admin) saved response (3) toevaluation (20) for groupId (ARTT489TSAGG)  with 4 answers, response is complete (2010-09-03 11:19:07,812 http-8080-Processor19_org.sakaiproject.evaluation.logic.EvalDeliveryServiceImpl)

Eval_answers and eval_response are updated.

The user  admin not enrolled in this group.

Also, after clicking on the X groups under the Assigned column in Active Evaluation the Display Evaluation Assignments screens appear.
When clicking on a Direct Link for a corresponding group the user can submit an evaluation.

Should this  be preview evaluation instead of take evaluation?

I do believe this condition exists in the branch as well.
