[Contrib: Evaluation System] survey reminders - confusion between notifications and reminders

Under the Survey Reminders section of the Survey Settings page there's a user option

 "Notifications and reminders"

where one can select the frequency of reminders, eg, Never, Daily, ...., Every week

I think that the label for this drop down list is incorrect. 

It is misleading as it implies that by selecting Never one is electing to Never send Notifications or reminders whereas infact the Never only refers to Reminders and does not refer to Notification which always get sent.

The sending of "Results are available" messages is not mentioned at all on this page - does anybody know whether these messages can be controlled?
