	I found the same results a while ago.

	Does anyone know the history or idea behind this setting?

There's a setting on the administrate page: "Allow survey results to be removed". 

I have selected this option and was expecting to see a link to remove an individual's survey responses. I was anticipating seeing a link to a page showing a list of users with a "remove" checkbox next to each name.

Either I'm looking in the wrong place or such a page doesn't exist. Does anybody know whether selecting this option actually has an effect?  If so where should I be looking?
