Hello all,

I am new to the evaluation system thread and doing my best to get up to speed. My apologies if I am covering something already discussed.

After completing an extensive course evaluation as a sample learning experience, I have a few general comments that come to mind:

1) When adding 40+ questions, it becomes necessary to sort and move things around. I was unable to use the number sorting feature, but was able to some-what use the move feature. The result would sometimes move in the proper area, but then the sorting would jump back to the presorted version after saving and reopening.

2) Two headers in a row were problematic until I removed one and doubled the information in the original header.

3) Creating "question items" in a specific order should remain in that order when importing them into a template. This is especially true when creating large surveys. Reordering took more time than creating the questions.

4) Give the option to have the strongly agree or strongly disagree on either the right or left side of the screen.

5) Allow radio buttons to appear below numbers for easier alignment.

6) In general, allow the option of movement and placement of text and material. I understand there are limitations to all of these.

7) when creating a template, it is not obvious that you need to use the drop-down to use "existing" to create a new template from "question items".

8) is there any updated help material?

Again, my apologies for covering any prior area already discussed.

Jim
