[Contrib: Evaluation System] Question about EvalSys

I think that UM knows the email handling part of the code best. They
may have a comment on this.

That said, I have been using that feature for the past few days and it
seems to be working fine for us. I was running trunk though and 1.2.1
is really old at this point. I don't really have a good sense of the
stuff in 1.2.1 anymore since it has been so long since it was
released.

I think there has been talk of doing a release but it is held up by
lack of QA resources to test the current code (and possibly dev
resources to fix bugs). Is rsmart working on the eval tool now or are
you just selling it as is?
