Anyone have access to one of these?:

Or something similar?:

Are you talking about Skyping into the Sakai Bridge? I didn't think that worked and I had mixed results a while ago when I used xMeeting to connect via IP to the bridge. But maybe you're suggesting a multipoint Skype call and avoiding the bridge?

We may have to try both cell phone and IP connectivity depending on what we find at the hotel.

Will you have wireless access in the room? Skype would probably work better than phone via your iPhone.

So far I've gotten a few "that time will work" comments, and no complaints, so I went ahead and scheduled the Sakai 003 Conference Bridge for 11:45-13:00 MDT (GMT-7) on Thurs 6/17:

            Name: Sakai003 - Ad-hoc
            Telephone: +1-812-856-7060
            Internet:156.56.240.9
            Conference Code: 22386#
            PIN: 72524#

Unfortunately, I've been informed that the hotel will not have a conference phone available for us so we'll need to come up with another solution. I'm happy to rig up my iPhone with an external speaker and mic turned on (like we did in Boston), but that solution is less than optimal. Any other ideas for bringing in remote participants?

Sorry I should have been more clear; yes, that's local time in Denver

I am assuming 11:45 - 13:00 MDT? If so, I will be available to
join via telephone as I won't be at the conference this year.

All,

I thought I'd start the conversation around coordinating a BoF
during the Denver conference. My understanding is that the BoF
conference spaces will be available on an ad hoc, first-come first
served basis so it probably would be a good idea to get a time
identified early (i.e. now). We also will almost certainly have
people who want to participate remotely (calling in if possible) so
giving them some lead time would be good.

I've taken a quick look at the schedule and a working lunch on
Thurs from 11:45 - 13:00 seems like it might work. Is that time
workable for most folks?

Also, we should probably start building an agenda; here are a
couple items I suggest:

  - Update on from various institutions
  - Discussion of process for updating trunk
  - Discussion of plans for merging back in various branches
  - Discussion of QA resources and next tag

Other items?
