[Contrib: Evaluation System] Request for review: Extend administrate-search to enable keyword searching by Assign Group Name

I have extended the Evaluations search feature to enable searching by site title (http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/EVALSYS-958) For now, only sakai sites are supported. The idea is to incorporate hierarchy and adhoc group searches eventually. 
 
Can the team review this and comment on it's validity to be added to trunk. There is a patch there for trunk as well as check-ins into a branch of the work. 
 
For clarification: this is not a new feature.
