Doesn't the permissions need to be set for each user?

Try it now. I changed the setting in the tool that hide the links necessary to create new evals (see bottom of screenshot):

I've reposted your question to the evaluation at collab.sakaiproject.org<mailto:evaluation at collab.sakaiproject.org> maillist -- you may get a better response from that more focused group.

I'm not aware of any nightly server that has evalsys up yet. That said, we have an internal test instance with dummy data at U-M and I could you access if you'd like. The version of evalsys running there is a highly customized local version however, so it probably won't behave just like what you'd get from trunk. Contact me off-list if you're interested.










I would like to see how one are able to access the evalsys GUI. Is it from both My Workspace the course sites or is it only from within My Workspace?

At U-M we use the tool in the Myworkspace (MWS), although I believe it can also be added to course sites by admin users.
