Subject: [Contrib: Evaluation System] Help Setting Permission in Eval Sys

Good afternoon,

We have installed Eval Sys on a test box and it seems pretty intuitive so far. We are looking for some help about how to setup the different permission levels. Does anyone have any documentation, or can someone please explain the steps required to set permission levels in Eval Sys? Please reference my example below.

This is how we would like things to be setup at our institution:

Level 0 - Sakai Administrators
This group will be made up of Sakai administrators. They need to be able to create evaluation templates, create evaluations, access class rosters, add questions, and obtain evaluation results.

Level 1 - Department Administrators
This group will be made up of department administrative assistants. They need to be able to use evaluation templates, access class rosters, add questions, and obtain evaluation results.

Level 2 - Faculty and Staff
This group will be made up of faculty and staff. They need to be able to access their own classes and their own evaluation results.

Thanks,
Leah
