[Contrib: Evaluation System] Display IDs in Adhoc Groups (EVALSYS-875)

When did the displayId get added in (I don't remember)? Remember we
have a bunch of people using this with Sakai 2.5 still so if you add
something that is post 2.5 it will mean they can longer get updates
until they update to a higher version of Sakai.
