[Contrib: Evaluation System] ADA compliance and EVALSYS

Hi everyone,

We've just finished our summer school evaluations and have had a student complain about ADA issues.  I am emailing the list since I was not aware of any ADA issues with EVALSYS, but apparently there is.  Here's is what was sent in:

"I am a blind and hearing impaired graduate student. I use JAWS as a  screen reader on my computer. I could not complete the course evaluation by myself because JAWS could not find any text associated  with the radio buttoms. I had to have a sightd person read me the text and option selection in order to complete it. "

Anyone else aware of this issue?  Has anyone tested EVALSYS with JAWS?
