[Contrib: Evaluation System] reverse scale point values

Good morning,

Is there a way to reverse the point values associated with the scale 
points in Evaluation System?  We've tried switching the ideal scale points 
from top/left to bottom/right and that doesn't work.  Here is what I'm 
looking for:

Strongly Agree = 4
Agree = 3
Neutral = 2
Disagree = 1
Strongly Disagree = 0
