[Contrib: Evaluation System] Building for 2.6.2: dependency.version missing

That is actually the dependency for the legacy Sakai entity system and not
for entitybroker. It is not somethng used directly by evaluations so I am
guessing it is a transitive depedency that is being picked up by maven 2.2.

Try running mvn dependency:tree or dependency:analyze on the evals api and
see where that is coming from.
