[Contrib: Evaluation System] Reminder Email not being sent out with large group

John,

I only see that error the one time before the notification email is sent
out. I don't see it anywhere else. If that were the bug wouldn't it show up
when the reminder emails are supposed to be sent out?

Also I found an entry in the SCHEDULER_DELAYED_INVOCATION table for the eval
reminders and the date is in the past. So it looks like that entry is being
put in, but the ScheduledInvocationManagerImpl trigger isn't being run.

In the QRTZ_TRIGGERS table the NEXT_FIRE_TIME for that trigger is about 6.5
days ago, right about the time when this evaluation went live. So it looks
like that trigger got put into BLOCKED status the first time it ran after
the eval went live then it never went back to WAITING for some reason.

Do you know what I have to do to get this trigger to start firing again. I
think that would solve the problem, I'm just not real familiar with Quartz.
