[Contrib: Evaluation System] In which table individual response's options are stored

Dear Stephen & Aaron,

     Thanks for your replies.

     What i meant was that where the user's response to a question/option is stored. I have found out that the user's reponse is stored in "EVAL_ANSWER" table's NUM_ANSWER field.
