[Contrib: Evaluation System] EvalSys and Sakai 2.6

Just to clarify, the 2.5 poms are not an issue (I run the tool on
sakai trunk with those poms normally and everything works fine for
me). The APIs in Sakai have not really changed significantly (the ones
we use have not changed at all) since version 2.3 so they are
compatible.
