[DG: Euro Sakai] Hosting the EuroSakai 2012?

Open to the community to decide, as far as I'm aware - but as the new guy, I'm happy to be corrected ;)

We should, perhaps, bear in mind that the main Sakai Conference is in Berlin, w/c 13th June.
